Last updated: April 22, 2026

Andre’ Clothing-us (Andre' Clothing-us LLC) is fully committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation in all forms, both online and offline. We uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or activity that facilitates, promotes, or depicts child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) across our digital platforms, including the Andre’Voicemail app.

Our standards are guided by internationally recognized frameworks, including the WePROTECT Global Alliance Model National Response, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), and industry practices set forth by the Tech Coalition and INHOPE.

Zero Tolerance Policy

  • We prohibit all CSAE content, including images, videos, text, or links that exploit or harm children.

  • Users found to be engaging in or promoting such content are immediately banned and reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

Detection and Moderation

  • We utilize a combination of manual moderation and automated tools to detect potential CSAE material.

  • Moderators are trained to recognize indicators of abuse and escalation pathways.

  • We may partner with third-party tools or databases to flag and prevent known CSAE materials from appearing on our platform.

Reporting and Enforcement

  • All users can report suspected CSAE content within the Andre’Voicemail app.

  • Reports are reviewed promptly by our trust & safety admin team, and appropriate action is taken.

  • Verified incidents are reported to law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations.
